About

Who we are

Clearstory Strategy is my independent practice; I work with founders and leadership teams on the strategic narrative and positioning that drives real business outcomes.

I’ve spent my career working at the intersection of strategy and story: helping companies figure out not just what they do, but how to talk about it in a way that actually moves things forward.

My work sits at a specific inflection point: when a company has evolved but the narrative hasn’t kept up. That gap shows up in investor conversations that stall, enterprise deals that lose momentum, and leadership teams telling slightly different versions of the same story.

I work directly with founders and leadership teams to close it.
Before founding Clearstory Strategy, I spent [X years] working with [background to be added — e.g. growth-stage companies, communications agencies, or in-house leadership roles]. That experience shaped a strong conviction: clarity isn’t a communications problem. It’s a business problem. And it deserves to be treated like one.

I work with a small number of companies at a time. That’s intentional. The work requires proximity to the business, and I’m most useful when I’m close to it.

Strategy Meets Story

Where business clarity and compelling narrative come together to drive real outcomes.

Proven in Practice

Tested with founders and leadership teams at growth stage companies across technology and health tech (**is this correct).

A True Working Partnership

Not an agency model. A direct, focused relationship designed to move quickly and stay close to the business.

Our mission

Clearstory Strategy exists for companies at a turning point: when what you’ve built has outgrown the story you’ve been telling about it.

We believe in transparency, integrity, and a commitment to delivering results for our clients.

The mission is simple: bring clarity to the narrative that drives your next stage of growth. Not polished messaging for its own sake. A clear, consistent story that holds up with investors, enterprise buyers, and the leadership team telling it.

Every engagement is built around one question: does this story reflect what the company is actually becoming? When the answer is yes, everything else gets easier.
